On any commercial property, aphids, mountain pine beetle, spider mites and ash borers can cause high levels of damage. In some cases they can also be potentially fatal. Our dedicated commercial staff can provide a variety of treatment and protection plans.

Treat and Inspect
Don’t risk damage to your property’s valuable trees and shrubs! Our two-step Treat & Inspect treatment plan offers two frontiers of protection. First, we treat "primary" trees and shrubs that are most likely to be attacked by insects. Then, the remaining (smaller) trees and shrubs are inspected for aphids, spider mites and caterpillars with each injection treatment and/or foliar (leaf) treatment. Infested trees or shrubs will be automatically treated at NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE.

Soil injections
Large properties often fall prey to systemic problems. Our dedicated commercial staff uses soil injections to control a wide variety of problem insects, including aphids, elm leaf beetles, leaf miners, birch borers and more.

Mountain Pine Beetle / IPS Control
Preventative sprays are the solution to controlling Mountain Pine Beetles on commercial properties. For Ips, Swingle recommends one spray for pines and two for spruce: In the spring and in the summer. In addition, watering is essential and fertilization recommendations may also be necessary.

Disease Control: Dutch Elm Disease
Swingle’s proven Dutch elm disease program has protected American elms since 1972.  We offer both fungicide injections as well as natural biological pesticide for disease control.
