Colorado Sprinkler Winterization

Sprinklers and Irrigation Systems Need Winterization As Weather Turns Cold

Just as Swingle’s team of experts help get your lawn ready for winter, our landscape professionals can also winterize your sprinkler system. Fall winterization needs to be done before the temperatures start to drop, so don’t delay in contacting us for a full irrigation system inspection!

Swingle’s Winterization process ensures your irrigation system is properly turned off and protected from freezing temperatures. Compressed air removes all moisture from the lines and other critical components. Finally, as we finalize the winterization of your sprinkler system, all electrical components are thoroughly checked and repair notes are taken for completion come the following spring.

Sprinkler lines that don't get winterized can freeze in extremely low temperatures, which are common in Colorado winter months. Frozen water in your irrigation system can cause thousands of dollars in damage to your home and property, and require some or all of the irrigation system to be repaired or replaced.

Don't hesitate to contact us today to schedule your appointment, whether it's time to turn on or blow out. (Not yet available in northern Colorado.)

At Swingle, we take pride in our work so you can take pride in your landscape.
