Common Professional Christmas Lighting Installation Questions and Concerns:

Q: Is there a difference between Swingle lights and the ones you can buy at a local retailer?

A: Absolutely! Our lights are not found in local hardware stores, meaning you won’t find better quality lights. Our decor is manufactured to our specifications with LED bulbs and extra fullness on all of our greenery. We also feature a variety of property-friendly installation accessories and commercial-grade specialty décor. Tired of seeing extra lights hanging from your gutters? Swingle custom fits your lighting design to fit your home’s design perfectly.

Q: Is there an extra cost to store lights for the following year?

A: No. Programs are all-inclusive—one price for everything: Design, installation, take-down, storage and maintenance.

Q: Does the customer rent the décor, lease it or own it?

A: All décor is included in your service rental package. You’ll never own old, worn-out holiday lights or decor again!

Q: Is there a minimum purchase amount for the early install discount?

A: Yes. The minimum purchase amount for the early install discount is $750 before the discount is applied. In order to qualify for the discount, you must approve services by October 31, 2016.

Q: What commercial properties have you decorated in the Denver/Front Range area?

A: Swingle decorates the premiere commercial properties along the Front Range which include, but are not limited to: Denver Botanic Garden’s Trail of Lights and Blossom of Lights, 7News, Denver West, The Lincoln Center, Hudson Gardens, Town of Parker, Town of Superior, City of Fort Collins, Town of Castle Rock, Whole Foods, Park Meadows, and many HOA’s.

Q: How do you develop the design?

A: One of our experienced design consultants will visit with you to discuss a design, timing and budget. They will then present you with a concept for your approval. Their product and creative knowledge often allows them to provide a design you may have not envisioned. For a sampling of our previous designs, visit our online portfolio.
