Winter Family Activities in Colorado

We’re fortunate enough to live in a beautiful state, where many of these activities are in our own back yards! Whether you’re looking to go skiing, snowshoeing, or maybe even enjoying a nice cup of hot cocoa on a sleigh ride, Swingle has you covered. Skiing:

Skiing is an activity fit for the whole family – from beginners to experts, fun is to be had by all. Many ski resorts in Colorado have tried to create family-friendly atmospheres, while keeping the price in mind. Not ready to hit the slopes yet? Snowshoeing and cross-country skiing is the perfect way to introduce your family to winter sports! Summit County has thousands of acres of trails to explore. Check out the Frisco, Breckenridge, or the Keystone Nordic Centers.

Sleigh Rides: 

Grab a blanket, snuggle up tight and enjoy a cup of hot coco. There is nothing more magical than a sleigh ride in the snow. Some of the best sleigh rides around are in Steamboat Springs, Breckenridge, and Grand County.
